The SSTV transmit frequency was inadvertantly set to the test frequency so the CAPNSPACE ground crew did not recieve any live transmissions.
Fortunately though an amateur radio operator was picked up the transmissions on the test frequency and and 'gated' some of them to the internet.
The camera appears to be pointing in a different direction in this picture. Maybe we'll add a "spin counter" to future flights.
